1. Money-Back Guarantee

1.1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

StockPro offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on most of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee demonstrates our confidence in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction.

1.2. Eligible Products

Our money-back guarantee applies to the following products:

  • Stock Market Analyzer Pro
  • Investment Strategy Blueprint
  • Portfolio Tracker Premium
  • Market Trends Forecast Subscription
  • Investor's Toolkit Bundle

Special promotional items, limited-time offers, or products explicitly marked as "non-refundable" may not be eligible for our standard refund policy. Any exceptions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. Digital Products and Software

For digital products and software:

  • Refunds may be requested within 60 days of purchase
  • You must provide a valid reason for requesting a refund
  • Your access to the digital product or software will be revoked upon refund processing
  • Any downloaded data or reports generated using our software prior to the refund will remain yours to keep

2.2. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • For annual subscriptions, refunds may be requested within 60 days of the initial purchase or renewal date
  • For monthly subscriptions, refunds are generally limited to the most recent billing cycle
  • If you cancel a subscription after using it for more than 60 days, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but no further charges will be made
  • Pro-rated refunds may be issued for annual subscriptions if cancellation occurs after the 60-day period, at our discretion

2.3. Physical Products

For physical products (such as printed materials):

  • Products must be returned in their original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, a refund will be processed for the purchase price
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged product, wrong item shipped, etc.)

2.4. Bundle Purchases

For product bundles (such as the Investor's Toolkit Bundle):

  • Refunds for bundles follow the same 60-day policy
  • Partial refunds for individual components of a bundle may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • If a partial refund is approved, the value will be calculated based on the individual product price, not the discounted bundle price

3. Refund Process

3.1. How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order number, the name of the product or service, and the date of purchase
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. For physical products, wait for return instructions before shipping any items back

  • Order confirmation number
  • Product or service name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Preferred method of refund (original payment method is default)

3.3. Processing Timeline

Our refund processing timeline is as follows:

  • Digital product refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval
  • Physical product refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Subscription service refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • Once processed, the actual time to receive your refund depends on your payment method and financial institution (typically 5-10 business days)

3.4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment:

  • Credit/debit card purchases will be refunded to the same card
  • PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account
  • Other payment methods will be handled on a case-by-case basis

If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

4. Exceptions and Limitations

4.1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and scenarios are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products or services explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
  • Custom or personalized products developed specifically for your needs
  • Refund requests made after the 60-day guarantee period has expired
  • Products where you have violated the terms of service or license agreement
  • Downloadable bonus materials that were offered as free additions to a purchase

StockPro reserves the right to refuse refund requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive of our refund policy, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  • Evidence of sharing, distributing, or continuing to use digital products after requesting a refund
  • Pattern of purchasing and refunding the same or similar products

4.3. Special Circumstances

In certain situations, exceptions to this policy may be made:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or properly using our products, despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts
  • Significant product defects or errors that substantially impact usability
  • Documented medical or personal emergencies that prevent product use

These exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.

5. Cancellation of Subscriptions

5.1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and using the cancellation option in your subscription settings

5.2. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel a subscription:

  • For monthly subscriptions, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • For annual subscriptions, your access will continue until the end of the current subscription year
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund (see refund conditions above)

5.3. Auto-Renewal

Our subscriptions automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service. You will receive a reminder email before any renewal charge. To prevent renewal charges, please cancel at least 3 business days before your renewal date.
